A clear original gives your print the best starting point. Here’s what to send — and what to do if your artwork isn’t quite there yet.
Send the original.
PDFAIEPSSVGPNG
Vector PDF, AI, EPS or SVG files are ideal for logos. Keep artwork as vectors where possible and convert fonts to outlines, so lettering stays consistent.
For image-based artwork, a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background is a good option.
Sharp at print size.
For image-based artwork, aim for 300 dpi at the final print size. For example, a 30 cm-wide print needs an image about 3,540 pixels wide at 300 dpi.
Avoid screenshots, small web logos and images saved from social media. Increasing the dpi setting alone won’t add missing detail.
Vector artwork can scale without losing sharpness. We’ll check image suitability for your intended print size.
Only what you want printed.
Use a transparent background unless you want a background block printed too. JPG files don’t support transparency, so they may need preparation.
Tell us the approximate print width and location — front, back or sleeve. If you’re unsure, we’ll help choose the size and placement.
Files can be attached as PNG, JPG, WebP, SVG, PDF, AI or EPS, up to 10 MB. For larger files, mention it in your enquiry and we’ll arrange a way to receive them.
